Hope Skin Cancer & GP Clinic is a medical practice in Tuncurry, NSW, opened in October 2022. Our goal is to provide the local community with comprehensive and compassionate health care. We have a strong focus on skin cancer checks and treatments.
We care for patients of all ages and all medical needs by providing individual care, treatment options, advice and education. Skin cancer diagnosis, treatment and surgery is a large focus of the care provided. Our practice prides itself on delivering a high standard of care within a family practice setting.

The team of doctors provide comprehensive general medical services as well as having a strong focus in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of skin cancer. Depending on the type and stage of your skin cancer, we may recommend a variety of treatments, including surgery, or we may refer you to a specialist.
The doctors have a deep understanding of the different types of skin cancer, including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. They can also identify the warning signs and symptoms of skin cancer and provide you with the tools and resources you need to lower your risk of developing skin cancer in the future.

Patients of the practice may call the after hours doctor on (02) 6555 0116. Please note a fee will apply for any after hours home visits.
While the Government is introducing higher bulk billing incentives on November 1st, these payments still do not fully cover the cost of the comprehensive, high-quality care we provide.
To ensure the long-term sustainability of our practice and our ability to continue to serve our local community, we will maintain our current fee structure and continue to only bulk bill patients who are concession card holders or are 15 years and younger.
